  • Form submissions, including new client intake and service request details via Jotform

We do not knowingly collect information from minors. All bookings must be made by adults (18+).

  • Schedule and deliver requested services

  • Communicate about bookings, changes, or emergencies

  • Provide safe, customized care for your pets

  • Send invoices, receipts, or important updates

  • Improve our services and client experience

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

3. How We Store and Protect Information

We use secure third-party platforms (Jotform, Square, Google Workspace) to process and store information. These platforms use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
Only authorized personnel (that’s just us!) can access your information for legitimate business purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted partners:

  • Jotform – for secure intake and service forms

  • Square – for payment processing

Welcome to Happy Critters Pet Care LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you and your pets.

1. Services Provided

We offer pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight care, and medication administration services for household pets.
Each visit includes personalized care based on your booking details and pet’s needs.

2. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • All pets in our care are up-to-date on vaccinations, parasite prevention, and free from contagious illness.

  • You have disclosed any behavioral concerns, special needs, or medical conditions prior to service.

  • Your home environment is safe and accessible for care visits.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if an animal shows aggressive behavior, illness risk, or unsafe conditions.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Payments are processed securely through Square.
Cancellations:

  • Walks and drop-ins canceled with 24+ hours’ notice receive a full refund or credit toward a future service.

  • Cancellations made under 12 hours before a scheduled visit are subject to a 50% charge.
    Late or failed payments may result in suspended services until resolved.

4. Emergencies & Veterinary Care

If an emergency arises while your pet is in our care, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you first.
If you are unavailable, we may seek immediate veterinary attention for your pet at your expense.
You authorize us to make such decisions in good faith based on your provided emergency and vet contacts.

5. Liability

While we treat every pet as our own, Happy Critters Pet Care LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing health conditions or injuries sustained before or after services

  • Accidents or behavioral issues beyond our control

  • Damage or injury caused by your pet to property, people, or other animals

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.

6. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide accurate access details (keys, codes, etc.) and ensure safe entry to your home.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or accidents occurring due to faulty locks, unsecured property, or other hazards.

7. Service Modifications or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services for reasons including unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or failure to pay.
We will provide notice whenever possible before discontinuing service.

8. Use of Photos and Testimonials

We may occasionally take photos of your pet during visits (with your consent) for updates or promotional use.
You may opt out anytime by notifying us at hello@happycritterspetcare.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
